How work is structured.
Companies use the Arise® platform when they need customer service support. Once you're onboarded through RYCH, you can choose which companies you want to partner with. Each company has set operating hours, and you choose the days and times you want to work within those hours.

How you get started.
Start by entering your name and email to access the RYCH interest form.

From there, we review your basic eligibility. If everything checks out, you'll be guided through onboarding and next steps. Arise® will then handle the required skills-based assessments and PC compatibility checks to confirm your program eligibility.

You'll have clear guidance along the way so you can decide whether this opportunity is right for you. There's no obligation to continue if you choose not to move forward.

Our role is to provide a clear entry point, guidance, and ongoing support for independent contractors who want to provide customer service from home through Arise® without confusion or guesswork.

How do I know this is legitimate?

This opportunity operates through Arise®, a nationally recognized customer support network that has supported major U.S. brands for over 25 years. RYCH Education, Training & Business Services LLC is an approved Service Partner on the Arise® platform. That means all work, client programs, certification requirements, and payments follow Arise®’s established systems and standards.

There is no enrollment without verifying eligibility, reviewing requirements, and speaking directly with us before moving forward. If at any point it doesn’t make sense for you, you’re not expected to continue.

You can independently review Arise® and its platform at any time before deciding to move forward.

Is this a job or independent contract work?

This is independent contractor work, not a traditional job.

You are not an employee, and taxes are not withheld from your pay. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment. You are responsible for managing your own schedule, availability, and taxes.

Do I have to commit to set hours or a fixed schedule?

No.

This is independent contractor work, not a traditional job. There are no assigned shifts and no set schedule you’re required to work. You decide when you work, how often you work, and whether you work in a given week, based on the available service intervals for the client programs you choose.

Some programs may have minimum service requirements, which are always disclosed upfront. Outside of those requirements, your schedule is fully your decision.

What kind of work will I be doing?

You’ll be providing customer support services for established brands through Arise®.

Depending on the client program, this may include handling phone calls, chats, and/or emails. All service expectations are explained before you enroll in any certification.

Is prior customer service experience required?

Not always.

Some client programs require prior experience, while others provide full training. Program requirements are clearly listed so you can choose what fits your background.

What equipment or setup is required?

You’ll need:

  • A Windows based desktop or laptop

  • Reliable high-speed wired internet

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace

  • In some cases, dual monitors (depending on the client program)

  • A USB headset

MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and mobile devices are not supported on the Arise® platform.

Exact requirements vary by client program and are reviewed before you move forward. If you’re still working on your setup, options and partner discounts are available.

Are there any fees involved?

Yes. Because this is independent contractor work, there are some business related costs once you’re active.


There is never a fee to apply, enroll, or get started with RYCH or the Arise© platform.

Contractors are paid twice per month for the hours they work. A flat $30 support fee per pay/invoice period applies and includes Arise’s required 5% platform service fee.
The flat $30 support fee is automatically deducted from each pay/invoice period, so there is nothing you need to pay separately or manually.

The support fee helps cover 24/7 technical support, access to client platforms, paycheck processing and payment support, and ongoing guidance, assistance, and community support while you’re actively working. It also supports learning resources and operational help, so you’re not navigating the process on your own.

Do I get paid during training?

Yes, and here’s the important clarification.

What Arise® calls certification is the training required for a specific client program. Certification courses teach you the systems and standards needed to service that brand. For many programs, you are paid for certification time starting from Day 1. Details are always shared before enrollment.

How long does it take to start earning?

Timelines vary by client program.

After registration, certification courses typically take between a few weeks and up to two months, depending on the program you choose. Once certification is completed, you can begin servicing and earning based on available work.

Am I responsible for my own taxes?

Yes. This is 1099 independent contractor work, which means taxes are not taken out of your pay.

You receive your earnings in full and are responsible for handling taxes on your own, typically with the help of a tax professional or accounting tool. We strongly recommend planning for this upfront so there are no surprises later.
