Let me save you some time.
When you first log into the Arise platform, it can feel like… a lot.
Different tabs, program listings, announcements, requirements — and if you don’t know what you’re looking at, it’s easy to either freeze up or start clicking around with no direction.
So let’s break this down the right way so you actually know what matters and what doesn’t.
Start Here: Your “Best Matches” Tab
When you log in, you’re going to see different opportunities.
But here’s what you need to understand:
👉🏾 Not everything you see is available to you
Arise uses your assessment score to determine what programs you qualify for. So:
If a program shows up under Best Matches → it’s available to you
If it does NOT show up there → you cannot enroll in it
Even if you see it somewhere else.
What that means for you
Don’t waste time chasing programs that aren’t in your Best Matches.
That’s not how this works.
What a Program Announcement Actually Is
When you click into a program, it opens what’s called a Program Announcement. This is where a lot of people get confused.
What it DOES show you:
What the work actually is
Certification details
Schedule expectations
Requirements
What a typical day looks like
What it does NOT show you:
Your pay
Your incentives
👉🏾 That part is handled through RYCH.
So don’t sit there looking for pay in Arise. It’s not there.
What “Revenue” Means on Arise
You’re going to see the word revenue a lot.
That’s just Arise’s word for what you earn.
You’ll usually see:
Hourly rate (broken down into intervals)
Certification revenue (lower rate during training)
Production revenue (regular working rate)
Example:
$14.50/hour
$7.25 per interval
(1 interval = 30 minutes)
Quick note so you don’t confuse yourself
👉🏾 2 intervals = 1 hour
That’s it. Keep it simple.
Certification vs. Servicing
This is a big one people miss.
Certification:
Required training
Lower pay (if paid at all)
You must complete this before working
Servicing:
When you’re actually working
Taking calls or completing tasks
Getting your regular pay
👉🏾 You don’t just jump in and start working.
You certify first. Then you service.
Why Some Programs Require More Than Others
You might see things like:
Background checks
Drug screening
Fingerprinting
Equipment requirements
That’s normal. Different client programs have different standards.
👉🏾 Just read what’s required and decide if it works for you.
What to Actually Do When You Log In
Instead of clicking around randomly, do this:
Go to Best Matches
Look at what’s available to YOU
Open the Program Announcement
Understand the work
Then check the community for pay and incentives
👉🏾 That’s the process.
Final Thought
The platform isn’t confusing once you know what you’re looking at.
Most people just never take the time to understand it.
Now you do.
Use it ✊🏾
