Arise Registration Instructions

Follow these instructions carefully so your Arise profile is created correctly and connected to RYCH Remote Agents.

This page is for applicants who have been accepted to move to the Arise registration step and have never registered on the Arise platform. Watch the full video and review the written instructions before starting your Arise registration.

Registration Walkthrough

Follow These Steps

1. Go to the Arise registration page.

Use the link below to begin creating your Arise profile:

2. Create your Arise login.

Enter your email address, create a username, and create a password. Save this login information. You will need it again.

3. Complete the beginning registration screens.

Arise will ask for your country, state, basic information, contact information, and required acknowledgments. Read each screen carefully before moving forward.

4. Enter the referral code.

When asked for the referral code, enter:

5395793

If you were referred by a current RYCH Remote Agents agent, you will still use referral code 5395793 during Arise registration.

You will have a chance to list who referred you in the RYCH Remote Agents process so it can be tracked correctly on our side.

5. Validate your phone number.

Arise will send a code to your mobile phone. Enter the code to verify your contact information.

6. Complete the PC scan.

If you are using the Windows desktop or laptop you plan to use for servicing, complete the PC scan when prompted.

If you are not currently using the computer you plan to service from, you may select Skip for now. You will still need to complete the PC scan later from the correct computer.

7. Complete the Arise Platform Assessment.

The assessment may open in a separate Harver window. Plan for about 1 hour. Don't rush. Read each screen carefully.

The assessment will require camera access. It will also monitor your session, including camera activity and whether you switch tabs or apps while testing. Stay on the assessment screen, do not multitask, and do not receive help from anyone else.

If you cannot finish in one sitting, your progress will be saved. When you return, you may need to request another login code using the same email address you used during registration.

RYCH Remote Agents created a quick guide to help you prepare for the assessment. Before you begin, download and review the Assessment Tips Guide so you know what to expect and can move through the assessment with more confidence.

7A. IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE ASSESSMENT

If you do not pass the assessment, don’t panic. But also don’t start doing random things

Do not create another Arise profile.
Do not try to start over with a different email.

If you do not pass the assessment, you will have to wait 90 days before you are able to retake it. Please use that time to prepare differently, not to start over or create another profile. It's also a good idea to go back and review the Assessment Tips Guide again during that time.

8. Return to the Arise portal after the assessment.

After completing the assessment, close the Harver window and return to the Arise portal. You may need to refresh the page or log back in.

Do not stop just because the assessment says it was completed. You still need to continue the enrollment process inside Arise.

9. Complete Arise Platform 101.

Watch the Arise Platform 101 video and answer the questions. Do not skip this section.

It helps explain how the platform works, and Arise may not let you return to it later.

10. Continue to opportunities and finish registering.

After Arise Platform 101, continue through the next screen and click Finish Registering when prompted.

11. Choose how you will use the platform.

When Arise asks how you will use the platform, select:

Work for Someone Else

Then select:

Join a Service Partner

This matches you to work specifically with RYCH Remote Agents as your Service Partner Operator.

12. Continue with identity verification.

Arise will ask for your Social Security Number to verify your identity. Enter your legal information carefully. Your name should match your Social Security card.

If Arise cannot verify your information, it may limit your attempts or delay your registration.

Step 13: Submit Your Request to Join RYCH Remote Agents

After identity verification, continue through the Arise prompts to request to join RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC as your Service Partner.

Your request will show as pending until it is reviewed and accepted on the RYCH Remote Agents.

Step 14: Check Your Arise Portal for Required Documents

Once your request is accepted, Arise will send additional documents for you to review and sign.

This wil include:

Non-Disclosure Agreement
Agent Waiver

Do not stop after submitting your request. Check your Arise portal regularly so you can complete any documents as soon as they appear.

Step 15: Validate Your Email Address

After signing your required documents, you will also need to validate your email address inside Arise.

Arise will send a validation email. Complete that step as soon as possible. Your RYCH setup is not complete until your Arise profile, required documents, and email validation are completed correctly.

RYCH Remote Agents Service Partner Information

When Arise asks for Service Partner information, use:

Service Partner / Organization Code: 1225083
Business Name: RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC

Equipment Pending Applicants

If you were accepted with equipment pending, you have 30 to 45 days from your acceptance date to have the required equipment ready.

Required equipment includes:

Windows desktop or laptop
Wired high-speed internet
USB noise-canceling headset
Quiet workspace

You may continue with the registration steps now, but you must complete the PC scan from the correct computer before servicing.

After You Finish Registration

Arise handles the platform registration, assessment, certification, and client program process. RYCH Remote Agents confirms your setup on our side so we can provide the correct guidance, connect you to the right resources, and make sure your payment setup is handled properly.

Arise does not pay agents directly. Agents connected with RYCH Remote Agents are paid through RYCH Remote Agents, so it is important that your setup is completed correctly and verified on BOTH sides.
