Existing Arise Profile Instructions
Use these instructions if you already have an Arise profile or you are not sure whether you registered with Arise before.

This page is for applicants who selected that they already have, or may already have, an Arise profile.
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ARISE ACCOUNT!
Arise does not allow duplicate profiles. Creating multiple profiles can permanently disqualify you from using the Arise Platform.
If you are not sure whether you already have an Arise profile, stop here and follow these instructions before trying to register again.
Existing Profile Walkthrough
Follow These Steps
1. Go to the Arise portal
Go to:
Click Sign In.
Do not click Register Now if you already have, or may have, an Arise profile.
2. Try to access your existing profile
Use the email address or username you may have used before.
If you remember your password, try logging in.
If you do not remember your login information, do not create a new profile. Use the recovery options in the next steps.
3. Use Forgot Username if your email may already be in the system
If you receive a message that your email address already exists, that means there is already an Arise profile using that email.
Go back to the Arise portal and select:
Forgot Username
Use the email address you may have used before. Arise should send the username connected to that profile to your email.
Check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders.
4. Use Forgot Password if you cannot log in
If you know your username or Arise sends your username to you, but you do not remember your password, select:
Forgot Password
Follow the instructions from Arise to reset your password.
Check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for the reset email.
5. If your Social Security Number already exists
If Arise says your Social Security Number already exists, that means you have previously registered for the Arise Platform.
DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE
Go to:
Log in with your existing profile using the recovery steps above if needed.
6. Search your email if you need help finding old Arise information
Search the email address you may have used before for:
Arise
If your Arise portal shows the name of another company, IBO, or Service Partner, also search your email for that company or IBO name.
This may help you find old emails, contact information, agreements, or instructions from the company you are currently attached to.
7. Log into your Arise dashboard
Once you get into your account, look at what your Arise dashboard shows.
Do not guess.
Do not start over.
DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE
Your dashboard should show where you are in the process and what options are currently available to you.
8. If your dashboard shows you are still in registration
Continue where Arise tells you to continue.
If Arise asks how you want to use the platform, choose the option that matches your RYCH application:
Work for Someone Else
Then choose:
Join a Service Partner
When asked for Service Partner information, use:
Service Partner ID: 1225083
Business Name: RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC
9. If your dashboard asks you to select a Service Partner/company
Choose:
RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC
You may also search using:
Service Partner ID: 1225083
Make sure the business name matches before moving forward.
10. If your dashboard shows another company, IBO, or Service Partner
DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE
If your Arise profile is currently connected to another company, IBO, or Service Partner, you must contact the current company owner and ask to be dropped/released before you can join RYCH Remote Agents.
After your current company releases you, Arise should allow you to join another company.
Once released, look for the link that says:
Join an Arise-Affiliated Corporation
Then enter the RYCH Service Partner information:
Service Partner ID: 1225083
Business Name: RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC
If you do not see the Join an Arise-Affiliated Corporation link, that usually means your current company has not released you yet. Contact your current company’s business owner and request to be released.
11. If your profile shows you registered as your own business, IBO, SCO, or sole proprietor
DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE
That is a different setup from joining RYCH Remote Agents as an agent.
If you want to work with RYCH Remote Agents instead of operating as your own business, review your Arise portal to see what options are available. You may need to use AVA/live chat inside Arise or contact Arise Registration Support for guidance before taking action.
Do not create a second profile to try to switch paths.
12. If you cannot log in or cannot reset your password
Contact Arise Registration Support.
Email:

Include:
Username or CSPID, if you have it
Full name
Full mailing address
Email address
Phone number
Date of birth
Assistance being requested
For the assistance line, you can say:
I am unable to access my existing Arise profile and need help recovering my login
13. If Arise is unavailable or under system maintenance
Wait until the Arise portal is back online, then return to Step 1.
Do not create a new account somewhere else or try to restart the process during maintenance.
14. If you still need RYCH support after checking your portal
Email:
Include:
Your full name
The email address you used or tried to use with Arise
Whether you were able to log in
What your Arise portal currently shows
The name of any company, IBO, or Service Partner currently showing, if applicable
A screenshot of your dashboard or error message
Do not create a new Arise profile while waiting for support.

Important Reminder
Do not create a duplicate Arise profile.
Arise does not allow duplicate profiles. Creating multiple profiles can permanently disqualify you from using the Arise Platform.
If you are unsure, use Forgot Username, Forgot Password, search your email for Arise messages, or contact Arise Registration Support before doing anything else.
Equipment Pending Applicants
If you were accepted with equipment pending, you have 30 to 45 days from your acceptance date to have the required equipment ready.
Required equipment includes:
Windows desktop or laptop
Wired high-speed internet
USB noise-canceling headset
Quiet workspace
You may continue with the registration steps now, but you must complete the PC scan from the correct computer before servicing.
After Your Existing Profile Is Reviewed
Once your Arise profile status is clear, continue based on what your portal shows.
If you are able to request to join RYCH Education Training and Business Services LLC, complete that request in Arise.
If you are currently attached to another company, you must be released by that company before you can join RYCH Remote Agents.
If you are unable to access your account, contact Arise Registration Support before creating anything new.
Do not move forward with a new registration unless you are fully sure you have never created an Arise profile before.
After You Finish Registration
Arise handles the platform registration, assessment, certification, and client program process. RYCH Remote Agents confirms your setup on our side so we can provide the correct guidance, connect you to the right resources, and make sure your payment setup is handled properly.
Arise does not pay agents directly. Agents connected with RYCH Remote Agents are paid through RYCH Remote Agents, so it is important that your setup is completed correctly and verified on BOTH sides.
Check your email and Arise portal regularly for next steps. If you get stuck or something does not match the instructions, email:
Include your full name, the email address you used for Arise, and a screenshot of what you see.
Next, use the button below to confirm your Arise setup so we can verify your registration and send your Welcome + Setup information.
Do not click the button to confirm your Arise setup until you have finished the Arise registration process, signed the required documents, and validated your email inside Arise.
