RYCH Remote Agents is operated by Chin Richardson, a licensed professional and business owner with experience in training systems, virtual operations, financial systems, and business support. This is not just a link being passed around. This is a structured process built to help the right people get set up, understand the platform, and move forward correctly.

Arise is a platform that connects independent contractors with customer support opportunities for well known companies. These companies use the platform when they need additional customer support for things like inbound calls, live chat, email support, technical support, or other service-related needs.

RYCH Remote Agents is the IBO (Independent Business Owner)/SPO (Service Partner Operator) connected to your setup. Our role is not to be your boss, manager, or supervisor. Our role is to help you understand the process, get connected properly, access support, pay you, and know where and how to find the information you need to be a successful agent.

This is 1099 independent contractor work, not traditional W-2 employment. You are not applying for a regular employee position. You are applying to work through a platform where you can review available client programs and decide what may fit your schedule, skills, and income goals.

The Arise assessment is part of the registration process. It is pass or fail, and your results can affect what client programs show in your portal. If you do not pass, you will have to wait 90 days before you can retake it. If you are accepted to move forward, you will receive a prep guide to help you understand the type of customer service thinking and soft skills the assessment will review.

Why everyone does not see the same opportunities
The client programs you see will depend on your assessment results. What shows in one person’s portal may not show in yours.

Arise program announcements do not show agent pay the way most people expect. RYCH Remote Agents provides pay and revenue details inside the RYCH community so you can review what different client programs are paying before deciding what you want to pursue.

Fees
Arise takes a 5% platform fee off the top. RYCH Remote Agents charges a flat $30 support fee per pay period, which is $60 per month. This helps cover the support system, community access, payment processing, and the business tools used to support agents. Fees are automatically deducted each pay.

RYCH Remote Agents is for people who are serious about moving through the process and actually working. Once you are enrolled in a client program, you must be able to schedule and service at least 12 hours per week after certification/training. If your availability is less than that, this is not the right fit.

What happens after this video
